Terrible Stomachache When Defecate

Morning doc, sometimes I feel a terrible stomachache when I want to defecate. never one when I hold it, and it causes me nausea and loss of consciousness, but when the fases are out the pain is slowly gone. What do I hurt about?

Your illness may be irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). IBS is a frequent and recurrent bowel functional disorder in the long term.
